This guide is to help you with the instructions given in the email from Mrs. Mack on Tuesday, 1 December. It has two parts.
Step 1
Log in to your school email account. Click on the nine dots in the upper right (green arrow), and select Classroom (red arrow).
Step 2
First, click on the circle with the letter in the upper right (green arrow) to make sure that it's your email account you are using. If not, change it from the drop down list that will appear.
Step 3
Click on the Google Classroom you believe is the one that was placed there mistakenly to see what it contains.
Step 4
If it appears empty, as this one does, you know that it is the one you will need to archive. Click the browser's back arrow to go back to your list of Google Classrooms.
Step 5
Click on the three vertical dots on the Google Classroom that will be archived.
Step 6
Select Archive from the menu. Don't close this screen yet, as you will be using it again in part 2, step 3.
Step 1
You will now enter your RenWeb Class names and your Google Classrooom class names on the spreadsheet that Mrs. Mack prepared. Click on the link below:

Step 2
You will now get a list of your Renweb (FACTS/SIS) class names
Log into Renweb.
Click on the nine dots, and select Classroom.
Check the box next to My Classes (green arrow) and write down your class names (red arrow). Be sure to include any spaces between characters.
Step 3
To get a list of your Google Classroom names, return to your Google Classroom list and write down the class names. Include only the name at the top, and not any period name that might appear below it.
Step 4
Enter your RenWeb Class names and your Google Classrooom class names on the spreadsheet that Mrs. Mack prepared. The link to that spreadsheet is below:

An example is shown below. When you are finished, you can close the tab, as the document is saved automatically.
You are now finished. Thanks for helping.
