Adobe Flash is now being blocked on most web browsers (as of 12 January 2021).  

There are two viable solutions, one option that may work, and the fourth no longer works:

1. First Option:  Via a web browser.  Download and install a prior version of Firefox, in its portable version (no need to install).  The link to the download is here.

2. Second Option:  Standalone Adobe Flash application (i.e. the file ends with .SWF) - Install Standalone Flash Player.  The project page at Adobe for this is here.  An alternate download location is here.

3. Third option: is also via a web browser (This may not work anymore) - Install Opera.  Opera uses the same "insides" as Chrome, and works with all the Chrome plugins.  This may or may not work with Adobe Flash on all websites.
